What do you mean by AI agents?

AI agents are software that can use information, make decisions and carry out tasks across your systems. We build them around your business rules: how a process works, which exceptions matter and when a person needs to approve an action. Agents can coordinate different steps in the same process.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We assess how to access the data in your existing software, including older systems, on-premise tools and multiple ERPs. We extract and structure what the new system needs, then connect it back to the tools your team uses. That work is part of scoping and building the solution.

How does an engagement start?

The first call is a chance to discuss what you want to improve. Our two-week assessment is a separate, fixed-fee engagement: we map your processes, check the data and rank opportunities by expected value and build effort. You keep the findings, whether or not you ask us to build.

How long until something is running?

AI has shortened the time it takes to build and deploy these systems. The delivery plan still depends on the problem, data access and the systems involved. We agree milestones during scoping and put working software in front of your team to test as the build progresses.
