About07

Built for the businesses the tech industry skips.

The middle market runs the real economy, and the AI wave skipped it. Zaigo exists to close that gap: senior operators who implement AI inside established companies and stay until the systems run without us.

The gap01

Why we exist.

Big consultancies are priced for the Fortune 500. Software vendors sell tools and leave. The 200-person company got neither.

The big consultancies are priced for the Fortune 500. An AI engagement starts at seven figures and is staffed by analysts learning your business on your budget. A company with 200 employees cannot justify that, and should not have to.

The software vendors sell tools and leave. They will gladly take a license fee and hand over a login. What happens next — the data cleanup, the integration, the training, the quote that has to go out on Tuesday — is your problem.

So the businesses in the middle got neither. Companies running plants, fleets, job sites, and warehouses, with real budgets and real problems, left to choose between advice they cannot afford and software nobody implements.

Zaigo exists to close that gap. We do the implementation work the consultancies overcharge for and the vendors will not do, priced for the companies that actually need it. When the system runs without us, the engagement worked.

Beliefs02

What we believe.

Four positions we hold on every engagement, even when it costs us the deal.

  • 01

    Fewer pilots, more production.

A pilot that never ships is a cost, not a result. We take one workflow to production and measure it before we touch a second one.

  • 02

    Boring technology, serious results.

Proven models and plain engineering. A system that runs for three years beats a demo that impresses for three weeks.

  • 03

    Adoption is the work.

Most AI projects fail in the hands of the people asked to use them. Training, workflow fit, and trust are not extras. They are the engagement.

  • 04

    Leave capability behind, not dependency.

We document, train, and hand over. When we leave, your team can run and extend the system without calling us.

The firm03

How we’re built.

A services firm is its people. Here is how ours is put together.

Zaigo is a small, senior team on purpose. The consulting industry runs on a leverage model: partners sell the work, juniors do it, and the client pays for the training. We do not. There are no junior layers here to leverage.

Every engagement is led by someone who has shipped software inside a real company — a person who has owned a number, run a system their team depended on, and sat on your side of the table. You meet them on the first call. They are still there at handover.

We take a limited number of engagements at a time. When we say a person is on your project, they are on your project.
